- The device body is made of 18/8 Cr-NI stainless steel stoned sheet metal.
- The cover is made of specially formed stainless steel sheet for strength.
- With the bain-marie system, it cooks indirectly with the oil circulating around the boiler.
- The multi-stage thermostat allows temperature adjustment between 60-1800C.
- The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200°C.
- Water filling (cold/hot) and drain valves are mounted on the device.
- Specially shaped drain valve for draining the cooked material, safe against unintentional opening
- Safety system that automatically de-energizes in case of any malfunction (limit thermostat)
